These miniature dioramas in plexiglass offer the viewer an experience that at first feels akin to scientific display in a museum: carefully curated and crafted displays of the human quest for scientific knowledge—factual, intricate, complex, and precise…even tidy. Upon inspection, however, the all-too-human vignettes revel in the very untidy-ness of our lives—and in particular the complications that arise when we cannot find our way to living in harmony with the natural world.
